the see me helmet

there’s been an increase in cars rear-ending cyclists on aussie roads.
The culprit largely being drivers that are distracted or on autopilot.

So how could we cut through this inattention and aid split-second recognition?

By giving cyclists eyes in the back of their head.

we investigated the safety practices of tribal communities across India, Bangladesh, and the Sundarbans who wore backward-facing masks to deter Bengal tiger attacks.

and applied the thinking to today’s roads, creating a helmet that’s attention-grabbing, conversation-starting, and weird enough to work.

We’re currently figuring out how to develop these.
