Smart, eager, respectful, fun. Nat and Brendan are literally every box you want ticked in a young team. They not only brought great ideas to the briefs, they brought great energy to the department!

Brendan and Nat have real potential as a rising creative team. They not only come up with strong ideas but are also comfortable presenting them with passion. Their work for KitKat and Mastercard has been great.

Nat’s a creative soul, with the imagination of a child (that’s a compliment). Here are some things I like about her:
- Buckles down when she needs to.
- Takes on advice and seeks it out.
- Sooooooooo friendly to everyone.
- Does cool creative stuff outside of work.
- Has the kind of life experience that a lot of creatives don’t have.
- She grew up shopping at Aldi in Germany.

Brendan is the creative every agency wants: brilliant ideas, zero drama, and only mildly questionable fashion choices. He always delivers great ideas, on even the dullest briefs, and can present them clearly and passionately to clients at all levels. He’s an outstanding writer and even better person. He’s one of the good ones, no doubt.
I’d hire him again in a heartbeat.

Natalie joined LOUD ThinkHQ in Jan 2024. With over 40 applicants, Nat stood out with her AWARD school book, enthusiasm and maturity. Her personal and worldly experiences were also a big point of difference. Over the year she has poured these experiences into her work to help the agency create insightful ideas for our clients. Her contribution has been enormous. Thrown in the deep end from the get-go she’s contributed work for pitches, presented work to clients, attended stills and motion shoots, made ads of all shapes and sizes and helped activate some very cool events. Nat is still learning her craft. However, the one thing she does know is hard work. That you can’t teach.

Brendan’s an absolute star. In his concepts & craft. He’s a bold, original, clear thinker, who has consistently great ideas on big and small briefs. While he was at VML, he won awards & worked on our biggest clients, & his ideas regularly beat our most senior national teams. More than that, he’s an absolute star person. He gets the best out of everyone around him, from clients to team members. He’s enthusiastic & passionate about good ideas, a natural collaborator, & he’s just a good human to have on a team.

Brendan, B-dog, The Big B. Whatever you call him, he’s a certified creative gun. I was lucky enough to hire Brendan post his national AWARD School win and, in my role as Creative Lead at VML Perth.
From day one it was clear Brendan was a future industry leader. His maturity and drive were well beyond his experience level and his creative output never failed to produce something that made me proud of him and excited me to help bring to life. Even during difficult times, Brendan took it in his stride while also showing emotional intelligence and the ability to collaborate and work with everyone in the team.
The work he created locally was some of the most awarded in the state and he brought it to life with a top-notch eye on client relationships. The Perth market often exposes junior creatives to a lot of production, so Brendan has had the benefit of being part of several film and stills shoots, as well as numerous radio records, all of which have set him up with an impressive level of experience to complement his creative skill.
If you’re reading this, I thoroughly recommend you hire Brendan, I have 100% surety that his presence will enrich your agency.

Killer team, killer ideas and killer attitudes.
They aren’t afraid to work hard. If I had my own agency, they’d be one of my first hires.
